In industrial fields such as steel smelting, petrochemicals, and waste disposal, a large amount of exhaust gas is regarded as a "tasteless" byproduct - it exists in the form of blast furnace gas, biogas, synthetic gas, etc., with a calorific value only 1/3 to 1/10 of natural gas. Direct emissions not only waste energy but also pollute the environment. However, these fuels labeled as "low calorific value" are undergoing a series of technological innovations to achieve efficient combustion in power generation units, interpreting the "counterattack" story of energy utilization.

低熱值燃料如同性格迥異的“問題少年”:有的含水量超標(biāo),有的攜帶粉塵雜質(zhì),有的成分波動(dòng)劇烈。以高爐煤氣為例,其熱值僅800-1200kcal/Nm3,且含有20%-30%的氮?dú)猓喈?dāng)于在燃料中摻入“惰性氣體”。這種特性導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)燃燒技術(shù)面臨三大挑戰(zhàn):
Low calorific value fuels are like "problematic teenagers" with different personalities: some have excessive water content, some carry dust impurities, and some have volatile components. Taking blast furnace gas as an example, its calorific value is only 800-1200 kcal/Nm3, and it contains 20% -30% nitrogen, which is equivalent to adding "inert gas" to the fuel. This characteristic poses three major challenges to traditional combustion technology:
著火困難:低熱值燃料需要更高溫度才能點(diǎn)燃,如同“冷灶生火”;
Difficulty igniting: Low calorific value fuels require higher temperatures to ignite, just like "starting a fire in a cold stove";
燃燒不穩(wěn):燃料成分波動(dòng)易引發(fā)火焰脈動(dòng),甚至熄火;
Unstable combustion: Fluctuations in fuel composition can easily cause flame pulsation and even flameout;

Dehydration and quality improvement: Adopting multi-stage condensation+adsorption dehydration technology, the moisture content of biogas is reduced from 40% to below 10%, improving the fuel calorific value;

脈沖燃燒技術(shù):對極低熱值燃料,采用周期性脈沖供氣,利用燃燒慣性維持火焰穩(wěn)定;

余熱深度回收:在燃燒室尾部增設(shè)高溫?fù)Q熱器,將煙氣溫度從1200℃降至200℃以下,回收熱量用于預(yù)熱空氣或產(chǎn)生蒸汽;
Deep recovery of waste heat: Install a high-temperature heat exchanger at the rear of the combustion chamber to reduce the flue gas temperature from 1200 ℃ to below 200 ℃, and recover heat for preheating air or generating steam;
低負(fù)荷自適應(yīng):通過可變幾何渦輪增壓器,使機(jī)組在20%-110%負(fù)荷范圍內(nèi)保持高效燃燒,適應(yīng)燃料供應(yīng)波動(dòng);
Low load adaptive: By using a variable geometry turbocharger, the unit maintains efficient combustion within the load range of 20% -110% and adapts to fuel supply fluctuations;
排放控制集成:在燃燒過程中注入氨水或尿素溶液,使氮氧化物排放低于50mg/Nm3,達(dá)到超低排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Integrated emission control: Inject ammonia or urea solution during the combustion process to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions below 50mg/Nm3, achieving ultra-low emission standards.
